Salary: $30 - $40/ Hr

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Cutting & Coring Technician who takes pride in precision work and safety on the job site. If you’re passionate about concrete work and want to grow in the construction industry, we want you on our team.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in concrete cutting, coring, or drilling

• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

• Experience operating equipment such as:

  • Hilti core drills

  • Merit gas and 480V flat saws

  • Hilti track saws

  • Husqvarna hand tools

• Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA safety regulations

• Ability to work safely around reinforcement and post-tension cables

Job Responsibilities

• Perform concrete cutting, coring, and drilling per project specifications

• Operate wall saws, hand saws, and diamond coring equipment

• Maintain safety compliance on all job sites

• Perform equipment maintenance and report issues when needed

• Document core hole locations, measurements, and job conditions

• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and technicians

• Troubleshoot site issues such as reinforcement interference or equipment malfunctions

• Ensure all work meets project quality standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy equipment

• Comfortable working in outdoor construction environments

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience at companies such as Apache Concrete Cutting, A-Core Concrete, All-Cut Concrete, Suntec, Dickens Quality Demo, Penn Hall, or similar companies are highly encouraged to apply.
