Express Employment Professionals of Everett is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for a company located in Marysville, WA. The HVAC tech will work in a manufacturing environment, reporting to and working in a local shop each day (no traveling required). This position operates on a day shift schedule of Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. Starting pay is $25 - $35 per hour, DOE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and repairs, as well as plumbing and electrical knowledge. This role involves working on modular buildings in a production facility, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-quality installations. 

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC systems in mini mobile units according to specifications
• Perform basic electrical tasks, such as checking wiring connections
• Install plumbing components, including drainage and water supply lines
• Assemble and install ductwork for proper air distribution
• Conduct tests to ensure system functionality and safety
• Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment
• Maintain records of activities and report any issues
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and ensure satisfaction
• Ensure installations meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC installation and repairs
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills and common sense
• Ability to work in a production facility on modular buildings
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
