Senior Project Manager – Multifamily Construction

Located in Gilbert, AZ

Salary: Up to 150K per year

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to join our team at a growing multifamily construction company. This role is ideal for a strong leader who excels at managing teams, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily construction operations, guiding field teams, and maintaining strong communication with clients while ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and schedule field teams and project timelines

• Oversee daily construction operations across multifamily projects

• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation

• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications

• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding project progress and updates

• Ensure all job sites follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety standards

• Monitor project expenses to keep projects within budget

• Oversee project timelines to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or team leadership

• Experience managing multifamily construction projects preferred

• Strong leadership, planning, and scheduling skills

• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and project timelines

• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and job site compliance

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
