Shipping • Receiving • Crating – Crystal Lake, IL

This position supports daily shipping and receiving operations, including preparing, packing, palletizing orders, building skids/crates, and safely moving product throughout the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, load trucks, assist with deliveries, and ensure all outgoing shipments are securely packaged and ready for transport. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within a family-oriented company that offers opportunities to grow your skills and advance your career.

Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00am – 3:30pm
Pay: $18–$20/hr, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day shipping responsibilities
• Operate a forklift
• Assist with deliveries as needed
• Palletize pulled orders and load onto trucks
• Prepare packed items for shipment
• Maneuver product around the warehouse

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic; willing to learn
• Carpentry experience preferred
