About the Opportunity

Our client is a trusted company with years of experience creating high-quality countertops and custom surfaces. They are seeking a skilled Solid Surface Fabricator / Finish Technician to join their team. This full-time role is shop-based and emphasizes craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and finish countertops, sinks, panels, and other custom pieces.

• Sand, shape, and polish materials to achieve smooth, flawless surfaces.

• Read blueprints or project drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.

• Inspect work to meet high-quality standards and maintain consistent craftsmanship.

• Keep tools and workspace organized and follow all safety procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in construction, cabinetry, woodworking, or fabrication.

• Ability to read and work from basic blueprints or project drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.

• Comfortable with manual labor, including lifting materials and standing for long periods.

• Team player with good communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Solid surface fabrication or custom countertop experience.

• Experience in a custom fabrication shop.

• Familiarity with CNC or routing tools.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle materials safely.

• Stand and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Use hand and power tools with precision and care.
