Our client is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Mechanic to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with large trucks and fleet vehicles, diagnosing mechanical issues, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

This position is open to both licensed 310T Truck & Coach Technicians as well as experienced mechanics with strong heavy truck repair experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and fleet vehicles
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• Repair or replace components including engines, brakes, suspensions, and driveline systems
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and complete repairs efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and industry standards

Qualifications

• 310T Truck & Coach Technician License is an asset but not required
• Previous experience working on heavy trucks or large commercial vehicles
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
