Hotel Housekeeping Manager

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring a Hotel Housekeeping Manager for one of our valued hospitality clients. We are seeking a strong leader who is organized, detail‑oriented, and passionate about maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

This is a salaried position and requires weekend availability.

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Manager will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, ensure high cleanliness standards, and support the hotel’s excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and experienced in leading teams within hospitality or a similar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness standards
• Create daily room assignment sheets and manage staff schedules
• Inspect rooms and common areas for quality and cleanliness
• Monitor cleaning supplies and linen inventory; place orders as needed
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members
• Address guest concerns and special requests promptly
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with front desk, maintenance, and hotel management
• Foster a positive, productive team environment

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

• High school diploma or equivalent required
