What You’ll Do

• Lead daily shipping operations, including scheduling, documentation, and carrier coordination to ensure orders are on time and complete
• Coordinate receiving activities, verify inbound documentation, and ensure materials are processed efficiently
• Ensure all shipments meet company policies, customer requirements, and safety/regulatory standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.)
• Partner with logistics providers to secure cost-effective, reliable transportation and monitor on-time delivery performance
• Maintain accurate ERP/TMS records, labeling, cycle counts, and documentation
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, customer service, and carriers to ensure smooth supply chain operations

What You Bring

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of experience in shipping, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or similar roles
• Experience leading or coordinating teams preferred
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one is a plus
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with domestic and international shipping processes
• Knowledge of freight rating, routing, and carrier management
• Proficiency in ERP/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft Office

Schedule & Location

• Day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm)
• Yakima, WA / Lower Valley – On-site
