Local Production Company Seeks Skilled Maintenance Supervisor $84,000-$100,000

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and oversee efficient preventative and corrective maintenance for our processing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead.

This is a first shift position with core hours of 7am to 4pm, but some additional availability may be required.

Responsibilities include:

• Prioritize and assign daily maintenance tasks
• Oversee an effective predictive/preventive maintenance program
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff
• Ensure proper maintenance of all plant equipment
• Assist with capital projects and inventory management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, associate/bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years maintenance experience, 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Dairy/food industry experience preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
• Proficient experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems is strongly desired
• Highly desired: Ammonia refrigeration system experience, as well as HVAC and boiler experience
