Schedule: Day Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Description:
A company in Texarkana is seeking an experienced Warehouse / Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join their team. This role supports overall warehouse operations and shipping & receiving functions, including inventory handling, material movement, and logistics support. The position is responsible for receiving, verifying, and transporting raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate shipping & receiving documentation, and maintaining efficient warehouse flow to support production.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to move raw materials within the warehouse and to production lines

• Load and unload trucks for shipping & receiving

• Receive all raw materials and finished goods into the warehouse

• Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading for accurate shipping & receiving records

• Pull, tag, and deliver samples to the lab from the warehouse

• Sign for and distribute all non-inventory items through the shipping & receiving area

• Provide backup support to the Receiving Lead in daily warehouse operations

• Follow all company SOPs for warehouse and shipping & receiving processes

• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment and good personal hygiene

• Wear required PPE for the entire shift

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience

• Forklift experience (required)

• Shipping & receiving experience

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Good verbal and written communication

• Willingness to learn and assist where needed

• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE throughout the shift
