Salary: 17.00 and up based on exp

We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician for a manufacturing facility in Sparta, TN. The ideal candidate will have previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable with computer systems for data entry and reporting. This position plays a key role in ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on products and materials to ensure they meet required specifications

• Document inspection results and enter quality data into computer systems

• Identify defects, non-conforming materials, and quality concerns

• Follow established quality procedures and manufacturing standards

• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports

• Communicate quality issues with supervisors and production teams

• Assist with continuous improvement and corrective action processes when needed

Requirements:

• Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Proven and stable work history in quality or manufacturing

• Ability to read and follow inspection procedures and work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

• 1st Shift
