About the Role:
Our client, a leading agricultural equipment and parts company, is looking for a Truck Freight Packer to help prepare outgoing shipments. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys active work, attention to detail, and working in a team-oriented warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify pulled orders and pack parts onto pallets for outgoing trucks

• Safely operate a forklift and move freight pallets within the warehouse

• Build custom pallets as needed and assist with lifting, stacking, and organizing freight

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Basic forklift operation preferred but not required

Experience:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience preferred but not required

• Forklift experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for most of the workday

• Lift, carry, and stack heavy parts regularly

• Bend, reach, and move materials safely in a warehouse environment

Equipment Used:

• Forklift and pallet jacks

• Hand tools for pallet building (hammer, nail gun, etc.)

• Standard warehouse packaging materials
