Position: Inside Sales / Counter Representative
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift Options:
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

 

 

Job Summary:
A company in Simi Valley is seeking a motivated and reliable Inside Sales / Counter Representative to assist customers, process orders, and support daily sales operations. This role involves working directly with walk-in customers as well as assisting with phone and email inquiries to ensure excellent customer service and accurate order processing.

 

Responsibilities:
Assist customers at the sales counter and over the phone
Process customer orders, invoices, and payments
Provide product information and recommend solutions to customers
Maintain organized inventory and sales counter area
Coordinate with warehouse and sales team to fulfill customer orders
Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships

 

Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer and order entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Construction or building materials background is a plus
