Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $17 - $21/hour (depending on experience)

 

A local installation construction company is seeking a full-time Inside Sales & Shop Associate to support their retail customers and shop operations. This position combines customer service, sales, and hands-on technical work.

 

Responsibilities

· Assist walk-in customers with product selection and order placement

· Take accurate measurements and enter retail orders

· Cut, build, and replace units

· Complete shop work required to fulfill customer orders

· Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

 

Qualifications

· Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately

· Strong organizational skills

· Customer-focused mindset

· Reliable and professional demeanor

· Construction or trade experience is helpful, but not required — training provided

· Ability to lift 25-50lbs
