Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing team in a plastic injection molding environment. This position is responsible for assembling molded plastic components using basic hand tools, performing visual quality checks, and ensuring finished products meet company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a production setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble plastic components and finished products according to work instructions.
• Use basic hand tools to complete assembly tasks safely and accurately.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality standards.
• Trim, fit, and prepare molded plastic parts for final assembly or packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and company production guidelines.
• Assist with packaging and preparing completed products for shipment as needed.
• Communicate any defects or production issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment within a plastic injection molding facility.
• Moderate noise levels with moving machinery present.
• Safety equipment may be required depending on the task.
