Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Framer to join our team. Candidates MUST have a minimum of 6 months of recent experience in framing.

You will be responsible for constructing the framework of buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs, while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Frame walls, roofs, and floors using hand and power tools.

• Read and follow construction drawings and instructions.

• Measure and cut materials with precision.

• Work safely on ladders, lifts, and rooftops.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and construction level.

• Strong skills with tools and manual labor.

• Capable of lifting 50–100 lbs and working on your feet throughout the day.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Safety-minded with attention to detail.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
