Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Counter with cycle counting experience to support accurate inventory management within our warehouse environment. This role is responsible for performing routine cycle counts, verifying inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and working closely with warehouse and operations teams to maintain accurate stock records.

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday

Duration: 2 weeks (if you do well the position could turn permanent)

Pay: $20/hour; Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily and weekly cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy.

• Compare physical inventory counts to system records and report discrepancies.

• Investigate inventory variances and assist in resolving issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all inventory counts and adjustments.

• Assist with periodic full inventory audits as required.

• Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Ensure inventory is properly labeled, organized, and stored.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous inventory counting or cycle counting experience required.

• Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software or spreadsheets.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
