We’re looking for a Home Design Sales Specialist to help residential clients and builders create beautiful spaces in Fargo, ND area. This role combines design expertise with sales — you’ll guide projects from initial consultation through product selection, quoting, ordering, and installation. Your focus will be on serving clients and builders who want your expertise. This position comes with a $50K base salary and a graduated commission plan with no cap. Company offers full benefits, vacation time, and more! Typical hours are Monday - Friday with rotating half days on Saturdays.
We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a knack for multitasking. If you enjoy helping people bring their design vision to life and want the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, this role is for you.
