LOCAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN VALLEJO IS SEEKING AN OFFICE ASSISTANT. THIS IS A LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY AND THE PAY IS $20.00- $22.00 AN HOUR DOE!

Key Duties:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.      
• Prepare and process work orders for service or rental units.
• Collect and record payments for rental units.
• Perform general office duties including faxing, filing, copying, and data entry.      
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist customers and team members with basic administrative needs.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
