Salary: $20.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Dock Worker on behalf of our client with Canadian operations located in Calgary.

Our client specializes in optimizing supply chains with accelerated domestic LTL transportation services.

Dock Worker Highlights

• Load Outbound Trailers
• Unload Inbound Trailers
• Load City Trailers in order and with proper freight counts
• Unload City trailers and confirm freight counts, cube all freight and put in proper location
• Use RF Scanner
• Follow directions given by dispatchers and management
• Sweep the dock and empty garbage's each shift
• Pre trip inspect equipment (ie forklift).

Skills, Requirements and Experience:

• Must have VALID forklift ticket
• LTL and Cross-Dock experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be on time for each shift
• Must wear Steel Toe Boots and Safety Vest on the dock and in the yard
• Cellphone usage is not permitted

Dock Worker Wage and Hours

• Sunday to Thursday
• 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 8 hour shifts
• Wage: $20-$22/hour
