Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support recruiting and hiring efforts for local client companies. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating placements, and maintaining strong relationships with job seekers and client businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize recruitment platforms to source and attract qualified candidates for various roles
• Recruit for manufacturing and skilled trades positions within the organization for partnered clients.

• Conduct interviews/inquiries in English and Spanish

• Match candidates with client job opportunities

• Communicate regularly and effectively with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience

• Maintain candidate workforce records and recruiting databases

• Perform outreach and client calls to current clients and prospective businesses to build relationships and support company growth

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Recruiting, HR, or staffing experience preferred
