Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property’s systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for residents. HVAC certification and a valid EPA license are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to ensure resident satisfaction.

• Maintain HVAC systems, including performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.

• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and work orders.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

• Assist with property upkeep, including painting, carpentry, and minor renovations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training or certification preferred.

• HVAC certification and valid EPA license required.

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in residential or multi-family properties.

• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with maintenance work
