Job Summary:
We are seeking caring and dependable individuals to join our assisted living facility food service team. Positions include Kitchen Staff, Servers, and Kitchen Attendants. The ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to providing nutritious meals and excellent service to our residents in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

For Servers:

• Serve meals to residents with care, attention, and respect.

• Ensure dining areas are clean, welcoming, and properly set.

• Assist residents with special needs or dietary requirements when necessary.

• Provide friendly, compassionate customer service and address resident requests promptly.

For Kitchen Attendants:

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment thoroughly.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.

• Support kitchen staff with meal prep as needed.

• Follow sanitation and infection control standards strictly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or assisted living preferred but not required.

• Compassionate and patient with older adults or residents with special needs.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
