We are seeking motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representatives to join a growing call center team in Mesa, AZ. This is a high-volume outbound sales role where representatives will engage with prospective customers, overcome objections, and generate sales opportunities.

This position is temp-to-hire, with pay increasing to $20/hour once hired on permanently.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• Must have availability between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Schedule will fall within these business hours

Responsibilities

• Make 200+ outbound sales calls per day to prospective customers

• Present products/services and generate sales opportunities

• Handle objections and rebuttals professionally and confidently

• Build rapport with potential customers and maintain a positive phone presence

• Accurately document call outcomes and customer information

• Meet or exceed daily call and performance metrics

• Follow company sales scripts and processes while maintaining a natural conversation

Requirements

• Previous inside sales, call center, or outbound dialing experience preferred

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Basic computer skills for call documentation and CRM systems
