Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable Public Attendant to maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in public areas such as restrooms, lobbies, and common spaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to providing a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, hallways, and other shared spaces.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and hand sanitizer.
Monitor public areas for safety or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
Ensure waste receptacles are emptied and the area is tidy at all times.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
Provide friendly and professional assistance to visitors when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Previous custodial or public area maintenance experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and reliably.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
Positive attitude and good communication skills
