Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Builder to accurately pick, assemble, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and assemble items according to customer orders and packing lists.

• Inspect products for quality and ensure correct quantities are included.

• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and packaging.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies or damaged items.

• Keep work area organized, clean, and safe.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and packing lists.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as required.

• Comfortable using warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) if needed.
