Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding techniques, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding methods.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.

• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components accurately.

• Inspect welds for quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Maintain welding equipment and workspace in a clean, organized, and safe condition.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication setting.

• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; welding certifications preferred.
