A leading processor of frozen fruit is seeking an Inventory Control Reconciler to join their team on swing shift. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting billing processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal operations and third-party logistics partners.

Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Swing shift
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts across internal and 3PL locations.
Identify discrepancies, investigate causes, and report findings.
Assist external auditors with year-end inventory reconciliations and confirmations.
Process 3PL product release notifications in the ERP system (PLEX) to support accurate customer invoicing.
Receive and process 3PL notifications promptly.
Manage inventory in transit to and from 3PL locations.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely product transfers.
Perform container splits to support timely billing for food service customers.
Virtually allocate and ship orders in the ERP system.
Assist with inventory transfers from 3PLs to internal facilities.
Review and reconcile WIP, cycle count discrepancies, and inventory movements by month-end.
Review scrap logs for each job run to ensure accurate job closures.
Report inventory shortages and discrepancies to the Inventory Lead.
Maintain documentation of reconciliations and corrective actions.
Manage CHEP pallet program orders, transfers, and reconciliation.
Review 3PL storage invoices, resolve discrepancies, and provide approval to management.
Analyze inventory data and trends to support decision-making.
Provide floor support during peak season to assist and train team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Strong ability to analyze accounting and inventory transaction data.
Proficiency with ERP systems (PLEX preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
