Salary: $20-24/hr
We are currently hiring a Machine Operator / Production Operator for a manufacturing client in the Rochester NY area.
This role is responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring quality products are produced efficiently.
Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing and production machines according to work instructions
Load materials into machines and remove finished products
Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and production output
Perform basic machine adjustments and report mechanical issues
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Manufacturing Associate preferred
Ability to follow written instructions and production schedules
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–50 lbs
Preferred Experience
Manufacturing or production environment
Assembly, packaging, or equipment operation
Experience meeting production goals or quotas
