Salary: $20-24/hr
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Assembler for a client in the Rochester NY area! This role involves assembling electronic and electromechanical components while following detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand tools and semi-automated equipment
Perform basic soldering and use measuring tools such as go/no-go gauges
Follow work instructions, schematics, and blueprints to complete assemblies
Perform operator verification (OV) and report production results
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes
Follow all safety and quality standards
Lift assemblies up to 30 lbs as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of experience in electromechanical or electronic assembly
Soldering experience (J-STD certification preferred)
Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
Basic computer and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to maintain productivity while meeting quality standards
