Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals in Eagan is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sewing & Warehouse Associate to join a growing team. This role combines sewing work with light warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating an industrial sewing machine, completing small hand-sewing repairs, and assisting with packaging and order fulfillment in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate an industrial sewing machine a few days per week to complete sewing tasks
• Perform small repairs and adjustments by hand sewing when needed
• Pull and process customer orders accurately
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including weekly cleaning tasks
• Lift and move materials up to 35 lbs as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience operating an industrial sewing machine (required)
• Ability to perform basic hand-sewing repairs
• Previous warehouse, packaging, or order fulfillment experience is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
