What You’ll Be Doing:

Perform daily maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across commercial properties

Respond to tenant service requests and ensure timely, high‑quality resolution

Troubleshoot and repair building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC support, lighting, and general facilities equipment
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in commercial maintenance or building operations

Strong working knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques

Excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and handle multiple priorities
