We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist a well-established, locally owned property management company. This position focuses heavily on apartment unit turnovers, cleanup, and general maintenance to help prepare units for new residents.

This is a hands-on role and may involve working in units that require significant cleanup before maintenance work begins.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment unit turnovers, including trash removal, cleanup, and basic repairs

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs

• Inspect buildings and equipment to ensure they meet safety and operational standards

• Maintain heating, plumbing, and ventilation systems

• Respond to maintenance requests or emergencies and follow safety procedures

• Assist with pest control tasks when necessary

• Operate maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, snow blowers, and hand tools

• Help keep grounds and common areas clean and maintained

Job Requirements

• Previous maintenance, construction, or property maintenance experience preferred

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day

• Comfortable working in environments that may include trash removal, strong odors, or heavily used units during turnovers

• Experience using basic maintenance tools and equipment

• Problem-solving and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must be able to pass a background check
