Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and safety-focused Certified Construction Flaggers for the upcoming construction season. This role is essential for maintaining safe traffic flow and supporting road construction crews in active work zones.

⚠️ Requirement: ATSSA Certification is required prior to applying

What You’ll Do

• Direct and control traffic through active construction zones
• Communicate clearly with construction crews to maintain safety
• Set up and remove signs, cones, barricades, and traffic control devices
• Maintain a professional, alert presence at all times
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed
• Follow all safety rules, company procedures, and traffic regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Active ATSSA Certification (required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and situational awareness
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
• Ability to remain alert and safety-focused throughout shifts
