Job Summary:
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure accurate stock records and efficient operations. This role involves counting inventory, updating records, and assisting with receiving and storing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Count and track inventory to ensure accurate stock levels

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments

• Organize and store products in designated areas

• Update inventory records in company systems

• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged items

• Assist with regular inventory audits and cycle counts

• Maintain a clean and organized inventory area

• Work with team members to ensure timely stocking and order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred but not required
