Schedule: Monday–Friday; some weekend work may be required based on operational needs

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary:
The Operator is responsible for performing routine operational duties to support daily field and facility operations. This role involves operating equipment, performing inspections, assisting with service or production tasks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Operator must follow established procedures, maintain accurate documentation when required, and work effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain equipment and tools necessary for daily operational tasks

• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment and work areas meet safety and operational standards

• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and applicable regulations

• Complete assigned tasks according to company standards and supervisor instructions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, equipment, and materials

• Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or operational problems to supervisors promptly

• Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, or staging materials and equipment as needed

• Maintain accurate records or documentation related to assigned tasks when required

• Support team members in completing projects or service assignments efficiently

• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in operations, labor, service work, or equipment operation preferred but not required

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
