We are actively recruiting for a Pool Service Technician for our client, an established indoor construction company in Ayer, MA. The key responsibilities of the Pool Service Technician is to diagnose and maintain pool equipment. This is a YEAR-ROUND position.

 

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain indoor swimming pools and spa systems

• Inspect and service pumps, filtration systems, and other pool equipment

• Test and maintain proper water chemistry, including pH and chlorine levels

• Ensure water quality and overall pool system performance

Requirements:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn pool and spa systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Professional and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pool service or maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Experience in mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or maintenance work a plus

This is a Full Time (Mon-Fri) schedule from 7am- 3:30pm.

 

The pay rate is $22-25/hr DOE. This is an Evaluation Hire/Temp-to-Hire opportunity with growth potential with the company.
