Landscaper / Grounds Maintenance Technician – Now Hiring (Milwaukee)

A rapidly growing Milwaukee landscaping company is seeking full‑time Landscapers / Grounds Maintenance Technicians to join their team. This is a hands‑on, physically active outdoor role that requires dependable work habits, safe equipment operation, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn care equipment, including walk‑behind mowers and zero‑turn mowers
• Perform string trimming, edging, and general turf maintenance
• Prune shrubs, maintain plant beds, and perform seasonal plant care
• Remove weeds and complete general property clean-up and detailing
• Install mulch, soil, and landscape materials
• Assist with equipment maintenance (oil changes, blade changes, cleaning)
• Wash and maintain company trucks, trailers, and tools
• Work on your feet for extended periods (4–8 hours)
• Lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and uneven terrain
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily job tasks
