Overview

This short-term project supports a technical equipment update at a Mesa facility. Associates will work in small teams to unpack components, perform light mechanical adjustments, and assist with software updates on axial fan units. Work is hands-on but does not require prior mechanical or electrical experience—training will be provided onsite.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Remove boxes from pallets and stage materials for processing
• Unbox axial fans and prepare components for inspection
• Loosen and re-tighten bolts according to provided instructions
• Assist with updating motor software using provided tools and devices
• Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures and team lead instructions

 

Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and handle boxed equipment
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for the full shift
• Basic mechanical aptitude (loosening/tightening bolts)
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions accurately
• Reliable attendance for all four project days
• Team-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

 

Team Structure

• Two teams of 4 associates
• Each team will work through assigned pallets and equipment updates
• Team leads will provide direction and verify completed work
