NOW HIRING: CONTROLS ENGINEER 

We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for industrial automation processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC programming, HMI development, and hands-on experience with Allen Bradley software. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and safe operation of automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, program, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation systems.
Develop and configure Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications for operator interaction and system monitoring.
Utilize Allen Bradley software (e.g., RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View) to create, test, and maintain control systems.
Integrate control systems with various hardware, including sensors, actuators, and drives.
Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
Provide technical support for commissioning, startup, and maintenance of control systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop system specifications and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.

This position requires a high level of travel, and candidates must be willing and able to travel frequently as needed to support projects, client sites, or company operations. Travel may include extended periods away from home depending on project demands. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting (Allen Bradley platforms preferred).
Proficiency in HMI development and configuration (e.g., FactoryTalk View or similar).
Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley software tools, including RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000, or ControlLogix.
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with other automation platforms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider Electric) is a plus.
