Express Employment is seeking a motivated Construction Laborer for a client in Geneseo, IL. This role supports construction, remodeling, and installation projects while offering hands‑on experience for those interested in carpentry or skilled trades.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction, remodeling, and installation projects
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials for building tasks
• Load, unload, and move building materials and tools on job sites
• Use hand and power tools under the guidance of experienced carpenters
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized job site

 

Requirements

• Interest in building a career in carpentry or the skilled trades
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Working knowledge of common hand and power tools
