Express Employment Professionals in Laguna Hills is recruiting for a Warehouse Production Associate for a Manufacturing Company in San Clemente, CA. This a long-term Evaluation to Hire Position.

Schedule: Mon- Fri. Possible OT Saturdays
From 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Summary:
The Warehouse Production Associate will play a crucial role in the operations by inspecting, filling, and packaging bottle caps on conveyor belts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Wrap pallets securely for storage or shipment 
• Organize and stage receipt orders. 
• Assist with loading and unloading products 
• Move pallets and materials using pallet jack 
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, organizig)
• Keep storage areas organized and walkways clear. 
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures. 

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous 2 years of experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required.
