Yard Worker
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Yard Worker position near Arcola, IL. This is full-time, long-term position with Douglas County, IL company that builds Trusses to deliver to construction sites. This is a 1st shift position that pays $18/hr with some occasional overtime.
Job Duties:
Load and unload building materials in the yard
Assist with organizing, staging, and moving trusses
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided if needed)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist production and delivery teams as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Previous forklift or yard experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable and safety-focused team player
Open to occasional Saturday shifts when needed
