We are partnered with a long‑standing rubber manufacturing company that has been producing precision, custom‑molded rubber products and prototypes since 1979. The facility is an ISO/IATF 16949 certified manufacturer, recognized for high‑quality production and reliable service.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable 2nd Shift Press Operator to join the team. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful, and a High School Diploma or GED is required. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment and can meet the physical demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate rubber molding machines and press equipment
• Pull rubber molds from the machine and remove molds weighing up to 50 lbs
• Reload machine plates and push them back into the mold machine
• Push and pull up to 100 lbs throughout the shift
• Produce mold production and prototype parts
• Maintain press line operations
• Inspect and produce rubber parts according to company specifications
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Prior manufacturing experience helpful
• Ability to lift, push, and pull required weights consistently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and work ethic

2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
