Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Plant Operator responsible for supporting daily plant operations, including washing, drying, handling, and organizing mats and towels. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety‑minded, and capable of working in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the flow of mats and towels through washers, dryers, and shelving areas
• Load and unload mats and towels into industrial washers and dryers
• Operate washing and drying equipment according to specific product requirements
• Use the roller machine to roll clean mats
• Return clean mats and towels to appropriate shelves and storage areas
• Clean equipment and plant areas to ensure a safe, organized workspace
• Report any equipment issues or breakdowns promptly to the Plant Manager
• Drive equipment or vehicles safely, as required
• Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift
• Ability to climb, twist, bend, stoop, and reach overhead as needed
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of job duties
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs constantly and up to 100 lbs frequently, unassisted
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
