Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Graduated from an OT educational accredited program
• One year of recent OT experience, preferably in home health or another relevant setting (rehab, acute care, outpatient)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• TB test 

Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans
• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients' daily living skills, mobility, and independence
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and environmental modifications
• Patient Education: Educate patients and families on strategies for managing and adapting to their conditions, maximizing their independence and quality of life
• Documentation: Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy practice
