**MUST HAVE 2-3 YEARS OF PARTS/COUNTER SALES BASED EXPERIENCE!

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service & Inquiry Handling:
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally from customers for retail sales and internal staff.
• Actively listen to customer needs, accurately identify required parts, and provide comprehensive information on pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Assist customers with parts lookup using electronic catalogs, Bill of Material (BOM), and other reference materials.
• Accurately document & record parts calls and events into our customer relationship management system.
• Provide expert advice on parts compatibility, alternatives, and upgrades when appropriate.
• Direct experience with parts lookup systems, electronic catalogs, or inventory management software
