Bookkeeper/Administrator

Located in Lodi, NJ

Salary: $48,000-$52,000 annually

Growing company is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team! Ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree in Accounting or Business or 4+ years of experience as a bookkeeper. 

Job Responsibilities

• Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management
• Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary
• Match and reconcile vendor’s invoice to purchase orders and item receipts.
• Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner
• Take all reasonable discounts on supplier invoices
• Assist in accounts receivables/collections
• Record cash receipts.
• Conduct periodic reconciliations of all vendor’s accounts to ensure their accuracy
• Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
• Audit bills to ensure accuracy and disclose issues and solutions.
• Handle disputes and claims.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; QuickBooks knowledge preferred

Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
