Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Blend Technician to support daily production operations. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience—preferably in an industrial setting—and must be comfortable operating a forklift. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, are also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks throughout the production process
• Load and unload tanker trucks
• Fill, label, and prepare containers for shipment
• Mix base oils and additive combinations following precise formulas
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and quality in all production activities

Qualifications

• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Steady, dependable work habits
• Ability to lift 45 lbs repeatedly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
