Pay:
$17.50/hr – Day Shift
$18.50/hr – Evening Shift
What You’ll Do:
Be the first line of tech support via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues to keep scoring systems and office tech running flawlessly
Assist with password resets and user account management
Set up and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Install essential software and updates
Track and document support requests in our ticketing system
Escalate advanced issues to senior IT team members when needed
Deliver friendly, professional support to staff and event personnel
